Shipping
We offer three options:
- Depot Pickup: Save on shipping by collecting from the nearest depot.
- Workshop Collection (Tweed Heads only): Pick up your order directly from our workshop at no extra charge.
You’ll select your preferred delivery method during checkout. If you’re unsure which is best for you, contact us before finalizing your order.
Delivery times depend on the shipping method and your location. We’ll provide an estimated delivery timeframe at checkout, and you’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and instructions on how to follow your shipment.
Currently, we only ship within Australia.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Yes. We can’t accept returns for:
- Items not in their original condition
- Damaged items or those with missing parts not caused by us
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
You’re responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For returns over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service or insurance.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are usually processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Orders
If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible.
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, view past purchases, and check out faster in the future.
PRODUCTS
We recommend checking the product specifications and dimensions listed on each product page. If you’re unsure, contact us with your van’s make, model, and measurements, and we can help you confirm compatibility before you order.
In some cases, yes. If you have specific requirements, reach out to our team to discuss options. Custom orders may take longer to produce and ship, and additional costs could apply.
Yes, all products sold on our website are brand new and in their original packaging unless otherwise stated.
