Campervan Kit Pickup Guide

How to Pick Up Your Campervan Kit from the Collection Depot

When your KODH campervan kit is ready, it will be delivered to a local collection depot for pickup. Follow the steps below to make your pickup smooth and safe.

1. Wait for Notification

Once your order arrives at the depot, you’ll be contacted directly by the freight company or depot staff to confirm your kit is ready for collection.

Tip: Please don’t visit the depot until they contact you — your kit won’t be available until you’ve been notified.

2. Confirm Collection Details

Before heading out:

  • Double-check the depot’s opening hours
  • Arrange a pickup time that suits you
  • Confirm the address and any special instructions provided

3. Choose a Suitable Vehicle

You’ll need a vehicle large enough to safely transport your campervan kit. We recommend using:

  • A ute
  • A trailer
  • Or a cargo van

Make sure your vehicle has a flat loading area and tie-down points.

4. What to Bring

To make pickup easier and safer, please bring:

  • Closed shoes (required for depot safety)
  • Utility knife (to cut straps and packaging)
  • A friend to help lift the kit
  • Tie-down straps to secure the kit for transport

5. At the Depot

  1. Locate your pallet and remove the shrink wrapping.
  2. Cut the pallet straps and carefully remove the kit.
  3. Lift the kit into your vehicle with assistance.
  4. Secure it using tie-down straps.
  5. Collect all packaging and the pallet — please don’t leave any rubbish behind.

6. Check for Damage Before You Leave

Inspect your campervan kit carefully before leaving the depot:

  • Report any visible damage to depot staff immediately.
  • Take clear photos of any issues for your records.
  • Please note: freight companies cannot accept claims for damage reported after leaving the depot.
